You Cook Like a Girl

Ginger Orange Pomegranate Relish



Seeds of 2 med pomegranates (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 T finely chopped orange zest
1 T OJ
1/2 T grated fresh ginger
1 T honey
1/2 t salt

gently mix all ingred. together. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
This is excellent served over turkey, pork and lamb.
